These terms apply when you use drsuryapsychologist.in or book a session with Dr Surya Holistic Wellness. This website is owned and operated by Dr Surya Holistic Wellness.

1. Our service. One-to-one online consultation sessions with Dr. Surya, held on Zoom. A Clarity Consultation Call lasts 60 minutes and costs ₹999, no extra charges.
2. Booking and payment. You pay online through Razorpay, then choose a time on our calendar. Your booking is confirmed once your payment is received and you have chosen a time. You will see a confirmation on screen, and your Zoom link is emailed to you.
3. One payment, one session. Each payment covers one session.
4. How sessions are delivered. Sessions take place online at your booked time, through the Zoom link sent to your email. Nothing is shipped.
5. Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Your part. Please give accurate details, join on time from a quiet, private place, and treat the session with respect.
7. Not emergency care. This is a coaching and wellness service. It is not a substitute for emergency mental health care or medical treatment. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or the Tele-MANAS helpline (14416).
8. No guaranteed results. Every person’s journey is different, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
9. Our content. Everything on this website belongs to Dr Surya Holistic Wellness and may not be copied without permission.
10. Liability. As far as the law allows, our liability for any session is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
12. Changes. We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
