Dr Surya Holistic Wellness (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use drsuryapsychologist.in or book a session, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address and mobile number when you book, and your answers to the questions in the booking form.
- Payment confirmation: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of your payment (amount and payment reference) but never your card, UPI or bank details.
- Website usage: our website uses cookies and similar tools from Meta (Facebook) and Google to understand visits and measure our advertising.
How we use it
- To confirm your payment, schedule your session and send you the session link.
- To contact you about your booking, including a reminder if you have paid but not yet chosen a time.
- To measure how our advertising performs. When we tell Meta about a booking, your email and mobile number are sent only in scrambled (hashed) form.
We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the services we use to run bookings: Razorpay (payments), Calendly (scheduling), Zoom (online sessions), Google (email) and Meta and Google (advertising measurement). Each handles your data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information where the law requires it.
Your sessions are confidential
What you share with Dr. Surya in a session stays confidential. We only share it if the law requires it, or if there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed for your sessions and for our legal and tax obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing drsuryawellness26@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for adults. If you are booking for someone under 18, a parent or guardian must make the booking and give consent.
