Rescheduling
You can reschedule free of charge using the link in your confirmation email, up to 3 hours before your session.
Cancellations and refunds
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your session: full refund.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before, or don’t attend (no-show): no refund.
- Paid but haven’t chosen a time yet: ask for a refund within 7 days of paying and we will refund you in full.
- If we have to cancel, or a problem on our side stops the session: choose a new time or a full refund.
How to ask for a refund
Email drsuryawellness26@gmail.com with your payment reference, which is in your payment confirmation. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
